One thing that Charlotte and I have in common is a lack of enthusiasm for the fine art of scrapbooking. It must be genetic. Today I received a homemade scrapbooking-style thank you card from her in the mail. She purposely tried to make an ugly card just to make me laugh, but her artistic talent and distinct style still shows through. She just slapped together some leftover scraps but it is still amazingly cute! And she called it tacky. This is what mine would look like, if I ever attempted one:

Um so. ya. You should have seen the one I sent craig and mary. THAT one was HORRIBLE. Your's was ok. The one I sent Lisa was actually really really cute. Luck. The ugliness of the card is indirectly proportionate to how much I have seen you in the last few years. I figured it was a fair trade.
